  • We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Roastika Coffee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange for a return for a full refund (minus shipping and handling)

    If your coffee arrives damaged or is defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange for a replacement or refund.We strive to provide the best possible customer service and will do our best to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your Roastika Coffee experience.

  • Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. Express shipping options are available for faster delivery, with next-day and 2-day options available in most areas. International shipping times vary by destination but generally take 7-14 business days. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days, and you'll receive a tracking number once your order ships. During peak seasons like holidays, shipping times may be extended slightly.
